If you have any sorts of complaints, we would like to hear from you in writing either by post or email. It will ensure that we have fully understood all your concerns and issues. This will allow us to consider and investigate your complaint fully.

The receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged in writing by Swift Property Buyer within working 3 days. Your complaint will then be investigated promptly and you will receive a full response within 15 working days.
You will be advised how you can further pursue your complaint if you are still not satisfied. Your complaint will then go through a separate and detached review. You will receive the full report within 15 working days.
In case you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been dealt with by Swift Property Buyer, you have the choice of referring the matter to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Upon request, copies of TPO Code of Practice are available.
